The following are the 'Terms of Business' with RSD Tool Hire Ltd.

CONDITION OF HIRE.
Equipment is hired under our "General Conditions for Hiring of Eqipment" a copy of which is available on request.

HIRE DEPOSITS.
A deposit for every piece of equipment hired which may be paid in cash, cheque supported by valid bankers card, Visa or Mastercard. On completion of the hire we will refund your deposit less the hire charge. When you hire please be ready to provide identification as requested such as a diving license or other personal documents.

HIRE CONSUMABLES.
Abrasives, chemicals, personal protection equipment, jigsaw blades and many other quality consumables are supplied on a sale or return basis, so you only pay for those you use.

FREE ACCESSORIES.
When you hire equipment that requires saw blades, steels, saw chains, etc. that can be re-used we include a number free with every hire. Enough for most jobs.

OPENING HOURS.
Hiring from RSD saves you money with late evening opening including weekends and bank holidays. hours of opening do vary so please check with your local RSD Hire Centre.

SAFETY.
Please take care when using equipment as the hirer is responsible for ensuring their own and others safety. Read and follow all instructions and wear protective clothing as directed.

FREE RESERVATIONS.
You may reserve equipment in advance free of charge, just telephone or call in.

DELIVERY.
Available from selected hire centres.

While every effort is made to ensure the equipment listed in the catalogue is available for hire, we cannot guarantee supply. please call to check availablility and to reserve equipment in advance. E & OE.
